So just why do we exercise?

What’s your motivation?

You may already be a convert, or perhaps you’re just about to unleash your inner athlete upon the world… but just what is it that motivates you to whip out your trainers and wriggle into that Lycra?

As a company that’s committed to helping people make the most of life, we’ve taken it upon ourselves to find out. Simplyhealth sponsors the YouGov Everyday Health Tracker, a quarterly survey asking that, and many other questions. The latest results give some interesting insight as to exactly why people exercise.
